2.1 Order Acceptance
Your order becomes a legally binding contract only when we send a Shipping Confirmation email.

2.2 Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed include or exclude taxes depending on your region. Customs duties (if any) are your responsibility.

2.3 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely at checkout.

2.4 Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays. Orders may be shipped from domestic or international fulfilment centres depending on availability.

2.5 Risk of Loss
Risk passes to you once the carrier receives the item.

2.6 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 90 days, with the first return per order free.

LaserVela offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

3. Safety & Medical Disclaimer

3.1 Medical Advice
LaserVela devices are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

3.2 Who Should Not Use This Device

  • Pregnant individuals

  • People with epilepsy

  • People taking photosensitising medications

  • People with active skin conditions or cancer

  • Very dark skin (Fitzpatrick V–VI)

  • Red, grey, white, or very light hair

3.3 User Responsibility
By using our products, you acknowledge you have read the user manual, understand all safety instructions, and accept responsibility for proper use.

3.4 Not a Substitute for Medical Care
Consult a medical professional if you are unsure whether IPL devices are safe for you.

Results may vary depending on individual factors including skin tone, hair colour, hair thickness, and consistency of use. LaserVela does not guarantee specific results.

4. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver


4.1 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, these Terms & Conditions, or any products purchased from LaserVela LLC shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the United States under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) by a recognised arbitration provider, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

4.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis.
You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, collective action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.

4.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@laservela.com. Customers who opt out will remain bound by all other Terms & Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Indirect Damages
LaserVela is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

5.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

5.3 Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our site at any time for breach of these Terms. Your obligations relating to intellectual property, indemnity, arbitration, and liability continue after termination.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.

7.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and LaserVela regarding your use of our website.

7.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

7.4 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

LaserVela LLC may utilise affiliated entities for operations, fulfilment, logistics, payment processing, customer support, or other business functions.
