Refund & Returns Policy


1. 90-Day Return Window
You may return your item within 90 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify, the item must be:
• in original condition,
• with all accessories included,
• not physically damaged due to misuse.

Opened items may be eligible for return provided they show no signs of excessive use, misuse, or damage.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
• damage caused by misuse,
• third-party shipping delays,
• change of mind after heavy use,
• items replaced through a courtesy reshipment.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact LaserVela Customer Support at support@laservela.com with their order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after return approval.

5. Refund Process
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied or partially issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
