1. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 3–5 business days.

Some countries may experience delays due to customs.

Orders may be shipped from international fulfilment center's depending on product availability.

Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

LaserVela ships orders to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders are shipped via USPS or a comparable postal carrier.

Please note that delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 8–21 business days and may take longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. Orders to U.S. territories may also experience extended transit times.

Shipping Methods & Fees
We offer three delivery services: Standard, Express, and International Shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates vary by shipping method and destination. Express shipping reduces transit time but does not affect processing time.

Delivery Addresses
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to send multiple orders to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

3. Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided once the order has shipped.

4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Import fees may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. Local taxes, import duties, or customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the prices displayed on our website.
All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer or the recipient of the shipment.
Because LaserVela ships worldwide, we cannot guarantee compliance with the import requirements of every country. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Need to Know

LaserVela is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural events or circumstances beyond our control. LaserVela is also not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including customs clearance.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from LaserVela are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Claims for Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

LaserVela logs and verifies all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered.

Claims for incorrect or damaged items must include clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

LaserVela reserves the right to deny or limit reshipments or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

If a courtesy reshipment is approved, the replacement order is not eligible for return or refund.
